The Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau (KNAB) has sent a criminal proceeding materials to the Prosecutor General Office, asking to initiate a criminal prosecution against the foreign private person for the offering a bribe and bribery (1st part of Article 323 of Criminal Law) to inspector of the Road Traffic Security Board (CSDD).
The gained evidence during the investigation, witnesses, that foreign private person offered and gave a bribe to inspector of CSDD with aim to use his official position for passing a driving examination for getting a driving license with category B.
KNAB states that no one person is considered as guilty until his guilt of a criminal offence is proved in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law.
