The Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau (KNAB) has initiated a criminal proceeding for illegal activities of officials from Health Inspectorate of Health Ministry of Latvia and Jurmala City Council which are related to the taking of favourable decision, as well as possible falsification of documents in the interests of some enterprise regarding to the fact of exploitation of the object of this enterprise, as possible bribery of officials in the interests of mentioned enterprise.

of a criminal offence is proved in accordance with the provisions
of the Criminal Procedure Law.
