The Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau (KNAB) on December of 2016 has initiated a criminal proceeding for the possible forging of official documents in connection to fictitious employment of several employees in the Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (SPKC).
Materials, gained by the KNAB, indicate that officials of the SPKC may be carried out the forging of official documents (The second part of the Article 327 of the Criminal Law) with aim to fictionally employ several persons in mercenary purpose.

KNAB states that no person is considered guilty until his guilt of a criminal offence is proved in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law.
