The Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau is one of the institutions that monitors campaigning before elections to the national Parliament, local governments, and the European Parliament.
According to the Pre-election Campaign Law, the Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau monitors pre-election campaigning restrictions and prohibitions pertaining to pre-election spending limits, use of administrative resources for pre-election campaigning, and covert campaigning online, in public spaces, and in the press.
